Dan Westenskow
CEO
Dan Westenskow has a wealth of business knowledge and experience. In 2013, Mr. Westenskow founded Fusion HealthCare Staffing. Since 2013, Fusion has been recognized several times as a fastest-growing staffing company, and it has been named the best company to work for by multiple publications several years in a row. Mr. Westenskow attributes this success to working with some of the best talent in the industry. In addition, Mr. Westenskow was recognized by SIA as one of the most influential leaders of the industry in 2017 and 2024.
Jarin Dana
CFO
Jarin Dana began his career in January 2005 with PwC in Salt Lake City, focusing on individual, partnership, and corporate tax issues. Since leaving PwC in November 2007, Jarin has worked for Goldman Sachs and held various positions as Controller and CFO for several privately held companies. Jarin Dana is one of the founders and the current CFO of Fusion Healthcare Staffing, which was sold to Waud Capital Partners in December 2022. He received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Utah, is a licensed CPA in Utah, and is a member of the AICPA. Jarin is actively involved with NALTO currently serving as the President and Co-Chair of the legislative committee. He has been recognized by SIA Staffing 100 as a 40 Under 40 leader in the staffing industry.
Rob Gleason
COO
Rob Gleason began his career in 2005 as a successful real estate investor, acquiring properties throughout the state of Utah. In 2009, Mr. Gleason had an opportunity to get involved in the healthcare staffing industry, and made the decision to make a career change. Mr. Gleason has spent the last 7 years in a variety of leadership positions within the healthcare staffing industry, particularly locum tenens. Prior to joining the Fusion team, he was a leader of the largest team at the largest locum tenens company in the industry, helping them to achieve record-breaking growth and success. Mr. Gleason graduated from the University of Utah in 2005 with a BS in communications. Since joining Fusion in 2016, Mr. Gleason has been able to provide Fusion with an immense amount of industry insight and knowledge, which has helped Fusion continue to the next level of growth within the industry.
