We have a need for an Emergency Medicine physician in the Northwest Austin, TX area for upcoming coverage at newly developed freestanding emergency departments expected to open in March 2027. This is a low-volume, 24-hour shift opportunity with credentialing beginning at an existing site and privileges added for the new locations once operational. Open to more details?

Highlights

Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
Annual Volume: Approximately 5,000 visits
EMR: Cerner
Licensing: Active Texas license required
Board Certification: ABEM or AOBEM required
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (ATLS preferred; must have completed at least once)
Required Skills: Emergency Medicine, acute patient evaluation and treatment, resuscitation, emergency procedures, and independent FSED coverage.
