Compensation Package:
- Base salary $450,000 with wRVU-based productivity incentives
- $50,000 signing bonus

- 25 days PTO and 5 CME days with $5,000 annual allowance
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Tennessee
- Vascular experience a plus
