Tennessee | General Surgeon | $500k+

Compensation Package:

• Base salary $450,000 with wRVU-based productivity incentives
• $50,000 signing bonus
• $30,000 relocation assistance
• Extra call pay: $843/day beyond 10 days/month
• 403(b) retirement with 6% match
• 25 days PTO and 5 CME days with $5,000 annual allowance

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in General Surgery
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Tennessee
• Vascular experience a plus
