Case mix expected: Complete ortho, complex vascular, thoracic (non-cardiac), OB, pediatrics, regional anesthesia; no cardiac, neuro (head/spine) cases
Requirements: OH license or IMLC, Board Certified, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
