- Shifts: Onsite 7:00 AM-7:00 PM; Call 7:00 PM-7:00 AM (12 hours onsite + 12 hours call).
- Staffing: 1 physician + 1 APP daily; 24/7 APP support.

- Ongoing need: ~7 days per month; locums offset with PRN staff.
- Telestroke covers initial overnight strokes; call usually quiet.
- Setting: Inpatient consult-only neurohospitalist service.
- Consults: Stroke, seizure, EEG interpretation/reads, and other neurological conditions.
- Coverage areas: Neuro ICU, ED, medical floors; in-person at TMC and SMC.
- APP supervision required.
- EMR: PatientKeeper and Meditech.
- Requirements: Active South Carolina medical license, BLS certification, Ability to read and interpret EEGs, Ability to supervise APPs.
