Required: Upper GI endoscopy (biopsy, foreign body removal, bleeder fulguration, variceal injection, PEG), esophageal dilatation/manometry, small bowel biopsy, lower GI endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy (flexible), colonoscopy (biopsy, polypectomy)
Requirements: Board Certified or Eligible
Credentialing: ~30 days
