APP supervision required
Schedule: 3-4 days 24 hour call, one outpatient clinic day (8a-4p) and finish the week with 3-4 more days of call
Exact schedule will depend on availability, with the goal for one clinic day in the middle of their week
Call is beeper with 20 minute response time
Average 20-25 patients per shift
Outpatient/inpatient
Trauma level 4
2 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 APP
Epic EMR
Certifications: BC required, Fellowship preferred, BLS required, WA license or IMLC
