Setting: Inpatient Interventional Cardiology
Call: 24-hour beeper call with a 20-minute response time; 1:1 call rotation
Patient Volume: Approximately 2–3 patient encounters and 2 admissions per 24-hour call period
EMR: MedHost
Required Skills: Interventional Cardiology including STEMI coverage, cardiac catheterization, urgent interventional procedures, and inpatient cardiovascular management
Board Status: Board Certified required (Interventional Cardiology)
Fellowship: Interventional Cardiology fellowship required
Licensure: Active Florida license or active IMLC required
Certifications Required: ACLS and BLS
Credentialing: Approximately 45 days with temporary privileges available
Support: Dedicated nursing and office support within an established cardiovascular program
