- Setting: 95-99% outpatient; inpatient rounding typically by APPs; admits by hospitalists; oncology consult as needed; no inductions
- Patient load: ~10-15/day; new consults 60 min, follow-ups 30 min
- Clinic operations: 3 exam rooms per provider; RN rooming with comprehensive assessments; triage nurse handles clinical calls
- Staffing: 13 RNs, 2 navigators (breast/colon, lung), 2 pharmacists, 1 pharm tech, 1 lab tech (in-office draws), office manager, clinical director (shared with rad/onc), social worker, 2 financial counselors, 13 clerical staff, program director (shared with rad/onc, registry, research), care manager

- Certifications: BC, ACLS, BLS, MI license
