Patient encounters per shift: 12-15
Oversee APPs
Staffing: 6 infusion RNs/16 chairs; 3 RN navigators; 2 RN oral chemo navigators; 1 inpatient APP; 1 outpatient APP; 3 MOAs
Call Response Time Required: 30 Call Ratio: 1:2
Requirements: BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist, Active Pennsylvania license or current IMLC
Estimated credentialing time: ~14 days
