Schedule: M-F 8a-5p- Full time
Hospital-based outpatient clinics.
No inpatient responsibilities and no call.
Support Staff: Care manager RN, MA, infusion nurses.
Approximately 15-18 patients per day
Types of cases: 60% Oncology, 40% Hematology
EMR:EPIC
Certifications: BC or BE, WA license or IMLC, Fellowship required, DEA
Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 60-90 days
