Highlights
Schedule: Call-only coverage with 24-hour beeper call blocks between November 2026 and February 2027
Patient Volume: Approximately 1-3 patient encounters per shift, with an average of 1-2 patients seen and 1-2 admissions per 24-hour call period
EMR: MediTech
Required Certifications: PALS
Required Skills/Procedures: Inpatient pediatric coverage, Level I nursery care, attendance at C-sections and high-risk deliveries, newborn and pediatric intubation
Credentialing: Estimated 30-60 days
Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified accepted
License Requirements: Active Oregon license required
Additional Details: Call ratio of approximately 1:5 with a 30-minute response time. Support services include anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, radiology, orthopedic surgery, and OR support. Coverage is focused on pediatric inpatient and newborn care within a birthing center setting.
