Highlights
Schedule: Ongoing 7-on/7-off schedule with night shifts from 7:00 PM-7:00 AM; onsite coverage only
Patient Volume: Average census of 18-22 patients per physician with approximately 3-5 admissions per provider
EMR: Meditech Expanse
Required Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Required Skills/Procedures: Nighttime hospital medicine coverage, admissions, cross-coverage, inpatient medical management, and collaboration with consulting services
Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified
Additional Details: No call responsibilities. APP support, Critical Care support, and specialty consultants available. ICU rounding may be required, though Critical Care remains the primary service. Procedures and vent management are not required. Recent hospital medicine experience preferred with no gaps in inpatient clinical practice.
