- 10/20 @ 7am – 10/21 @ 7am
- 12/4 @ 7am – 12/8 @ 7am
- 12/10 @ 7am – 12/11 @ 7am
- 12/14 @ 7am – 12/15 @ 7am
- 12/21 @ 7am – 12/23 @ 7am
- 12/24 @ 7am – 12/30 @ 7am (includes Christmas Day)
- Clinic schedule (days and hours) Monday- Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm / Friday 7:30am-noon
- Clinic Volume: 2 patients per hour depending on length of appointment
- Clinical support: 3 Nurses scheduled per shift, midwife starting in September to assist with call
- Cases/Procedures: Suction D&C, Laparoscopy, Read NST’s, C/Sections, Circumcisions, Tubal Ligations
- EMR: EPIC/Dragon
- Certifications: BC or BE, ACLS, BLS, PALS, MI license or IMLC
- 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within 12 months
- Credentialing: Typically 30 days, but applications are prioritized according to start date
