- Admissions: ~10% at FSEDs (Portland, Rockport); ~20% at Doctors Regional.
- Consults: Yes, multiple per day
- Acuity/cases: High acuity across sites; full breadth of Emergency Medicine.
- Required procedures performed: Intubations, central lines, chest tubes, ultrasound use, OB delivery, dislocation reductions, trauma management, laceration repair.
- Support staff: APP coverage at each site (Doctors: 24h/day; Northwest: 12h/day; Portland: 11h/day; Rockport: 9h/day). Not recruiting APP locums currently.
- Experience: ≥2 years of ED experience to work in FSEDs; FM with EM fellowship acceptable for FSEDs.
- Skills: Proficiency in high-acuity EM procedures listed above.
- Certifications: ABEM for Doctors Regional
- EMR: Meditech
- Credentialing: No emergency/temporary privileges; case logs required.
