Primary Care APP needed | Oregon | 4-Day Work Week | $170K with Experience

About the Opportunity:

• Join an independent, community-focused healthcare system dedicated to serving Oregon's rural communities
• Step into an established patient panel with immediate patient demand
• Practice broad-spectrum Primary Care with a strong emphasis on continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
• Four clinic days per week plus one dedicated administrative day
• Full-time schedule with:
  • 34 hours of direct patient care
  • 6 hours of protected administrative time
• Comprehensive outpatient scope including:
  • Preventive care and wellness visits
  • Chronic disease management
  • Acute and same-day care
  • Women's and men's health
  • Immunizations and preventive screenings
  • Minor office procedures
  • Behavioral health support
  • Care coordination and specialist referrals
• Integrated EPIC EMR across the healthcare system
• Coordinated multidisciplinary care teams
• Established referral network and care coordination pathways
• Modern outpatient clinic infrastructure

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience:
  • 0 Years Experience: $130,000
  • 1 Year Experience: $140,000
  • 2-4 Years Experience: $150,000
  • 5-9 Years Experience: $165,000
  • 10+ Years Experience: $170,000
• wRVU productivity bonus beginning in Year 2
• Additional $20,000 Rural Practice Bonus for the Mill City location
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
