- Dates: June - Ongoing
- Schedule/Shift Times: Monday–Friday clinic: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Night call (not every night), Some 24-hour weekend call coverage
- Must be comfortable working in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Ability to perform both open and endovascular procedures is required
- Average census: 5–10 patients per day
- Approximately 6 outpatient elective procedures
- Strong support staff, 1 APP and nursing staff in clinic, plus 2 APPs assisting with rounding
- EMR: EPIC
- Certifications: BC or BE, IL license
- 60 day credentialing
- This will be a rush file, temps will be requested
