Wisconsin Pain Management CRNA Needed - $350k + $50k Sign-on
Practice at the top of your specialty in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Northwest Wisconsin. Cumberland Healthcare, an independent, nonprofit Critical Access Hospital, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join their collaborative surgical team. This full-time role offers a balanced 7-on / 7-off schedule with dedicated opportunities in pain management alongside a diverse surgical caseload. The incoming CRNA will split time between outpatient pain procedures, OR anesthesia coverage, and call support. Nearly half of the hospital’s 50–60 monthly surgical cases are GI procedures, complemented by general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, podiatry, gynecology, and pediatric dental. You’ll work in a modern environment with advanced technology, subspecialty support, and an experienced care team — all in a community known for its quality of life and outdoor recreation. This is a unique chance to shape a growing pain management service line while enjoying the autonomy and stability of an independent health system.
