An established and highly regarded dermatology practice in Frederick, Maryland, is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Dermatologist to join its growing team. - Practice currently employs approximately 40 team members
- Four-day clinical work week
- Office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Average patient volume of 20+ patients per day, based on physician comfort level
- Heavy medical dermatology volume on Mondays with significant cosmetic opportunities throughout the remainder of the week
- Opportunity to build a customized practice mix of medical and cosmetic dermatology
Compensation:
- Base salary of $450,000
- Collections-based production incentive package beginning in the first year

Candidate Parameters:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology
- Eligible for Maryland medical licensure
- Interest in practicing medical dermatology
- Cosmetic dermatology experience preferred but not required
- Interest in learning cosmetic procedures and aesthetics is welcomed
- Team-oriented physician committed to patient-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative private practice environment
