Practice Setting: Critical Access Hospital/ Clinic
Need coverage at 2 worksites
80-100 reads per day
Modalities: Mammo, CT, MRI, NM, Radiographs, Ultrasound, procedures (1-2)
EMR: Epic
Requirements: WI license or IMLC, BC/BE with MQSA Cert.
Credentialing: 30 days with clean background, 60-90 days for others
