Hours: Days, 7:00a-3:30p; 30-min unpaid lunch
Facility: Outpatient Surgery Center with 4 ORs
EMR: Epic
Patient population: Kids & Adults
Volume: ~6-15 patients/day (room dependent)
Cases: Ortho (high volume), Gyn, Eyes, Endo, ENT, Dental, General
Anesthesia model: Medical direction 1:3; supervised in main ORs; solo in Endo with an anesthesiologist in-house
Requirements: Active PA license or IMLC, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing: Typically ~90 days (will expedite); full compliance due 2 weeks before start
