Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
Patient Volume: Approximately 16–20 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Call: No PM&R call; hospitalists provide all night and weekend coverage
Required Skills: Inpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation including admissions, rounding, rehabilitation management, and care coordination
Procedures: No procedures required
Board Status: Board Certified required (PM&R)
Licensure: Active Texas license and DEA required
Certifications Required: ACLS and BLS
Credentialing: Expedited credentialing available; target turnaround approximately 7 days
Support: Robust clinical support including hospitalists, nursing staff, and APP coverage
