Setting: Established outpatient clinic with infusion center

Support: Established oncology team; 14-chair infusion center

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

Credentialing: Hospital privileges required

Call: No call and no weekends
