- Provider needs to be comfortable with: C-sections, VBACs and D&Cs.

- Number of Midwives: 1
- Number of Family Medicine Physicians that Deliver: 1
- Telemedicine with OHSU for NICU and 2 BC Anesthesiologist and 4 CRNAs
- C-section rate: Less than 30 %
- No NICU
- Locums can stay in Call Room if a patient is in labor - otherwise, they can staff offsite in provided lodging.
