Join a community-based cancer program serving Southern TN, providing essential oncology care to a growing rural patient population. This Medical Hematology/Oncology role offers an outpatient-focused practice with infusion oversight, supported by a dedicated oncology NP and on-site chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusion, and radiation services.Located along the Tennessee River, the community offers a relaxed lifestyle with outdoor recreation and convenient access to Memphis and Nashville.

• Medical Hematology/Oncology role with outpatient clinic and infusion center oversight

• 18–20 patients/day with full-time NP support

• On-site cancer center with chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusions, and radiation services

• Linear accelerator available with strong referral collaboration from regional providers

• Established referral network from multi-site FQHC system

• No formal call responsibilities with APPs handling most after-hours needs

Compensation Package:

• $465K guaranteed base salary

• wRVU productivity incentive

• $50K signing bonus

• $30K relocation assistance

• 403(b) with 6% match + 25 days PTO + CME allowance

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology

• Ability to obtain Tennessee medical licensure
