Case mix: No open heart; structural heart (mitral clips, Watchman); neuro (head/spine); thoracic; complex vascular; complex ortho; regional; limited to healthy pediatrics; no OB
Patient ages: All ages (healthy peds only)
Support staff: Anesthesia Techs and SCAs
EMR System: Epic
Requirements: Active Pennsylvania license, Board certification
No temporary privileges; estimated credentialing ~90 days
