Highlights
- Start as soon as credentialed
- Will work at Patterson & Wellington locations
- Need OB & OB ER call and deck coverage
- Sunday-Saturday coverage
- Providers cover 24 hours per day including holidays
- Call coverage is 12 or 24 hour shifts, and backup call
- 1300-1400 annual deliveries
- Inpatient volume varies
- Average 2-5 calls during the day
- Average 2-5 calls at night (midwife is first call)
- Will cover emergency surgeries, OR, and procedures
- Required procedures: Leep, hysteroscopy, vaginal and C-section deliveries, D&C, ectopic, torsion, colpos, IUDs, Nexplanon insertion & removal, IN/D inpt
- May advise and backup family practice OB's midwives-but no student or regular oversight
- No supervising other physicians
- Support staff: RN, CNM, L&D staff and backup
- Sleep rooms available
- Epic EMR with dictation
- Certifications: BC, BLS, CO license
- Looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience
