COVERAGE: Inpatient and outpatient; clinic and call; weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend beeper call
1 week per month; start 10/1/2026, ongoing
Call: In-clinic call during clinic hours; night call 5:00p-8:00a; weekend 24-hr 8:00a-8:00a; call handled via phone app
Patient Volume: ~10 encounters per shift
Requirements: Board certified ENT, Active OR medical license, DEA, BLS certification
Credentialing timeline: ~90 days
