Compensation:
- Base salary of $265,000 - $300,000
- Leadership stipend of $5,000 annually per Nurse Practitioner supervised
- Additional $20,000 leadership incentive for overseeing four Nurse Practitioners
- Annual performance bonus of $20,000 - $60,000 based on productivity, quality outcomes, and reduced ER utilization
- Total earning potential of $350,000+
- $50,000 retention bonus paid over two years

Candidate Parameters:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
