Compensation & Benefits:
- $300K Base Salary
- Team and individual production bonuses up to $60K annually
- $50,000 Signing Bonus

Ideal Candidate:
- Board-Certified Physician
- Experience with or interest in home-based care models
- Strong communicator and team-oriented leader
- Must have or be qualified to get a Virginia state medical license
