- Onsite Coverage: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Potential Night Call: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM
- Night call not required every night
- Outside hospitals: typically <15 patients
- Hub hospital: typically 20+ patients
- Primary responsibility remains cath lab and STEMI coverage rather than inpatient rounding.
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: Board Certified Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology Fellowship, Nebraska License and Iowa License or Active IMLC LOQ, ACLS, BLS, DEA
- Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 60 days
