# of Operating Rooms: 2 main operating rooms
Shift Days: Weekdays Monday thru Friday
Shift Times: 7a-3p
Weekend Requirements: Yes; 4 week rotation
On Call Requirements: Yes; 2 weeks no call, 3rd week float, take call
Minimum Number of shifts per month: 10-20
Submission Requirements: active AZ Medical License, Board Certified, ACLS, PALS
