Highlights
Schedule: 7a–5p shifts; multiple date blocks from July through December
Patient Volume: 3–4 hospital consults/day; 4–6 EP cases/day; 20–22 clinic patients/day
EMR: Cerner
Required Certifications: ACLS
Required Procedures/Skills: EP ablations (including left‑sided); TEEs; moderate sedation; proficiency with Abbott Ensite‑X mapping system
Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
Licensure Requirements: Active Arizona medical license required; will wait for licensing; no temporary privileges
Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
Additional Details: Must show 100 EP cases in last 2 years; COVID‑19 and Flu vaccinations required (exemptions allowed)
