$150,000 – $175,000 base salary (based on experience)

Requirements:

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Neurology experience preferred
- Cognitive or memory care experience a plus
Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
Team-oriented with interest in collaborative neurology care
