Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days.
Practice Setting: Outpatient Radiation Oncology.
Patient Volume: Approximately 25-30 patients actively under treatment per day.
EMR/Charting System: EPIC.
Requirements: Board Certified, Active Illinois license, DEA, CSR, BLS, 1 year experience minimum
