Highlights

- Case types: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics, OB (C-sections required; epidural skills helpful but not required), Radiology, Endoscopy, Eyes, Plastics, ENT, Neuro; no Trauma
- Procedures: CRNAs may perform their own nerve blocks at times; Cardiac experience a plus (not required)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years; provide 24 months of case logs
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NBCRNA, BC, FL license
- Credentialing timeline: ~120 days standard; 60 days for temps for clean files with FL license in hand
