Service mix: Pediatric ENT (2.5-3 days/week) + Pediatric Urology post-op visits (0.5-1 day/week)

Common ENT diagnoses: Tonsil/adenoid disease, otitis media
Requirements: Active state license, DEA, BC/BE, BLS
