Population: Adults and pediatrics (Facility Peds Level II)
Facility trauma level: II
Scope: General head & neck (required); complex head & neck (preferred)
Required procedures: Surgical ENT; endoscopic septal and sinus; laryngoscopy; tracheotomy; thyroidectomy
Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology, BLS certification
Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~60 days
