Schedule: 5/15 – 5/17, 5/24 – 5/25, 5/28 – 5/30
24-hour call shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Provide both clinic and call coverage for a busy OB/GYN practice
Average clinic volume: ~25 patients per day
Approximately 7 deliveries per week
Requirements: Must have active Utah license, Must have active DEA, Board Certified or Board Eligible required
