Scope: Bread-and-butter neurology—migraines, Parkinson's, MS, post-stroke follow-ups, seizures, neuropathy

No Admissions required
Support Staff: 1 RN, 6 Office/Staff
Requirements: Board Certified, Active WI license or IMLC, BLS
Fellowship preferred
Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~60 days
