Schedule: 7:00am–7:00pm shifts; select dates (June–August coverage)
Patient Volume: ~50–60 patients per day (team-based model)
EMR: Cerner / SaAnesthesia
Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS
Required Skills: General anesthesia across ortho, general, spine, neuro, trauma, cath lab, and endoscopy
No OB coverage required
Hospital + ambulatory surgery center setting
CRNA support (no medical direction required)
Mix of adult and pediatric cases
Board Certified or Board Eligible accepted
Active AZ license required via IMLC (must have in hand or proof of application)
Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~30 days
