Typical volume: 2-4 calls/night; 1-2 on-site call-ins; 1-5 inpatients per 24 hours
Expected on-site time (if strictly 24-hr call): ~2-4 hrs/day for rounding and call-backs
Patient encounters per shift: ~1-5 inpatients
Requirements: Board Certified, MI license
On-site response time: Within 20 minutes
Credentialing: Estimated ~60 days
