- Coverage need is approximately 7–10 weeks annually to support the permanent physician during PTO and training.
- Dates:
- December 10–11: Day shift + night call
- December 14–15: Day shift + night call
- December 22: Day shift + night call
- Shift Times:
- Weekday Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Weekday Night Call: 3:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend Call: 24-hour call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
- Practice Type: Hospital-Based Oncology Program
- EMR: Epic
- Coverage Model: Solo Physician
- Clinic Patients: Approximately 10 patients per day
- Inpatient Rounding: Typically 1–10 patients
- Specialty Mix: 70% Medical Oncology; 30% Hematology
- Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active Illinois License, DEA, Illinois CSR, BLS, ACLS, Minimum 1 year of experience
- Estimated Credentialing Time: 90 days
