Certifications Required: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS

Hospital/Surgery Center privileges are required

Board Certified Required or Eligible

Licensed in PA or IMLC

Fellowship is Preferred

Additional Notes:

Credentialing Timeframe: 10 Days
