- Provider will be expected to cover both clinic and call coverage during these stints
- Provider will be expected to be in clinic and on call from 830am-5pm on weekdays
- They will then be on night call from 5pm-8:30am the next day
- Weekends will be 24hr call coverage
- Call is beeper with 20-30 min response time
- Average 5 patients per shift
- 100% adult patients
- 15% trauma, 60% office/clinic, 40% hospital
- Will see complex spine cases
- Trauma level 3
- Epic EMR
- Requirements: BC, Clean file, Active CA license, Active CA DEA, Fluro required
- 90 day average credentialing timeframe
- Temporary privileges available
