Coverage Dates: November 25-29
Ongoing need of approximately 6-7 days per month
Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM (24-hour call coverage).
In-House Call
Average Callback Hours: Daily midwife coverage assists with patient management.
Practice Setting: Inpatient/Hospital-Based.
Estimated Credentialing Time: 90 days
Patient Population: Adult.
Setting: 100% inpatient.
Average Patient Volume: 1-6 patients per day.
EMR/Documentation: EPIC.
Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Kentucky license or active IMLC, DEA, BLS
