Will be credentialed at Riverview Freestanding ED and Urgent Care at Fishers, Carmel and West Carmel, Zionsville
Freestanding ED with Urgent Care for all three sites
Need 20-25 shifts covered per month between all sites
Need day and night shift coverage
Physician shift times: 7a-7p; 7p-7a
24 hour physician coverage, 10-20 hours of APP depending on site volumes
20000 annual ER volume
2 patients per hour
12 ED beds
Responsible for responding to codes
No scribes
