- Qualifications: NP or PA (if NP, must be Family and able to treat all ages, 0–geriatric)
- Qualifications: Minimum 3 years primary care experience
- Must be comfortable with non-English speaking patients (interpreter services available onsite or via phone)
- Role: Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive outpatient primary care, under supervision of Board-Certified Physician, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Duties: Direct primary care, preventative services, acute/chronic illness, urgent care, therapeutic care plans, patient education and counseling, prenatal/postnatal support (uncomplicated pregnancies), family planning, referrals, documentation in EHR, HIPAA compliance, training/mentoring students, quality improvement participation, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Education: Master’s Degree as Family Nurse Practitioner
- Experience: 3+ years in primary care (preferred)
- License required: Active MA license
- Certifications required: DEA, MCSR, BLS
- Credentialing timeframe: At least 90 days (no exceptions)
- Vaccine requirement: Most recent COVID-19 booster + yearly flu vaccine
- Interviews: Initial interview with internal contact; second interview with Med Director via FaceTime (or onsite tour if local)
