- Required skills: Orthopedic anesthesia with regional blocks (high volume)

- Certifications: BC, PA license, DEA, PALS, ACLS, BLS
- Experience: 2+ years preferred
- =Credentialing: Full compliance due 2 weeks prior to start; within 5 days of signing submit SSN, photo, PATCH results; Child Abuse search and Dept. of Human Services fingerprinting scheduled (results within 2 weeks); vaccines, physical, and fit testing required
- Temporary privileges: Available for PA-licensed physicians only, urgent needs, clean files
