Highlights
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (7a–7p), 15 shifts per month; weekday and weekend coverage
Patient Volume: Approximately 4–5 consults per day with 10–15 rounding patients
EMR: Cerner
Certifications Required: None specified beyond board/licensure
Required Skills: Inpatient stroke neurology care including Neuro ICU, step-down, and med-surg coverage; experience in acute stroke management
Board Status: Board Certified required (Neurology)
Licensure: Active North Carolina license required
Credentialing: Approximately 30–60 days
Support: Strong stroke program with APP support, additional neuro physician coverage, and dedicated stroke coordinators
