Highlights
Date: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: Clinic Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p plus call coverage
Call: Weeknights 5:00p-8:00a; weekends 24-hour phone call (8:00a-8:00a)
Coverage Need: 1-2 weeks per month
Open Dates: 11/1; 11/8-11/22; 12/18-1/16
Practice Setting: Outpatient Endocrinology with after-hours call coverage
Patient Volume: Approximately 18-20 patients per day
Licensing: Active Pennsylvania license required; BC required; DEA required
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Required Certifications: ACLS and BLS
Experience: Minimum 5 years required
